anti-ddos Introduction

anti-ddos is a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) detection and mitigation appliance. We are still at the pre-code design stage, but hopefully soon we'll be able to claim support for:

• a mostly Python based system
• easy installation on most modern unix-based systems
• an API and CLI for controlling the system
• net flow collection and storage
• a simple packet analysis engine for DDoS-detection
• and email alarms
