the new build env has faster vm boot times, more ram, more cpu, and better network

@joshk will the new beta build env fix travis-ci/travis-ci#2821 ? That's precisely why I overrode the bundle install command.

Yup, broke the build: https://travis-ci.org/rails-api/active_model_serializers/jobs/40833693

I'm gonna push the fix to master 🤘
