Disable a mod/windhawk for another user profile

I'm using the mod "Taskbar on top for Windows 11". Great. What if another user want the taskbar on bottom, without changing the settings for the rest of them ?
Windhawk run as a system machine service, if i'm not mistaken.
Is there a way to disable windhawk or/and a mod for another user profile without disabling it for all ?
If not, i suggest to add a feature to do this.
