Added user choice of the backend version.
Letsdane uses self-hosted recursive resolver.
Stateless DANE uses external service to resolve a domain.

Fingertip now uses SANE for stateless DANE, which no longer requires constant running of hnsd.
It dramatically lowers the resources needed for secure browsing and opens ways to further integrations (e.g. browser integration).

Other changes:

• moved to getdns for DNSSEC verification, allowing various configurations including wildcard domains
• dropped Windows support
• checks if the existing CA has expired
• bugfixes & code refactoring
