dng: Work around non-backwards compatible change to libtiff #81

Versions of libtiff from 4.2.0 onwards have made a non-backwards
compatible API change. Unfortunately code that was correct previously
still compiles but crashes the application at runtime.

I was prompted to investigate by an issue that has been reported (#80) and indeed there's a problem. Hopefully this should fix it - Serge, can you let me know when we have another set of new candidate images to test? Thanks!

libcamera-apps package has been updated

You should be albe to use the old image and upgrade normally (sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade).
