…vider` (ray-project#45733) DefaultParquetMetadataProvider is the only implementation of ParquetMetadataProvider, and we don't expect anyone (internally or externally) to add other implementations. To avoid an unnecessarily deep inheritance hierarchy, this PR removes DefaultParquetMetadataProvider and moves its implementation to ParquetMetadataProvider.
