Add color-mapping extension

Description

This extensions allows you to paste or type in a hexcode, and find the nearest colour from a set of colours. It's great for pasting in an object of colours (e.g. a Tailwind-style colour ramp), meaning you can quickly replace raw hex values which are outdated in a codebase if you're trying to move to using a colour system.
