Ticket

As a Reaction 2.0 admin user, I can customize the title of a link in the navigation, independent of the name of the tag, slug and url, in the NavBuilder UI.

Design

When I click on Edit ✏️ on a navigation link, I can specify the tag it links to and specify a display name:
