This is not a possible upgrade due to redis-py-cluster.

The conflict is caused by:
    The user requested redis==5.0.3
    redis-py-cluster 2.1.3 depends on redis<4.0.0 and >=3.0.0

There is no newer version of redis-py-cluster that supports redis>=4.0.0.

Looks like we need to refactor this use, the upstream project is now archived.
