Decision is to not use them but to stick to the new scheduling model.

This may or may not be correct - OpenBSD/luna88k uses ELFOSABI_NONE as
ELF OSABI. I assume that this is caused by the old toolchain, and not
intentional.

Selection of load/store instructions is now completely handled by
patterns in InstrInfo.td.
The generated prolog is now similar to the one generated by gcc.
It uses most of the framework defaults, with 2 changes:
- register pairs are stores in the callee saved list instead of single registers
- the offset of the spill slot for the return address register needs to be corrected

With these changes, registers are now spilled using register pairs, and references in
the prolog and epilog use the stack pointer instead of the frame pointer.
A large stack frame can now be created in the prolog. When
eliminating frame indizes, offsets larger than 16 bit are
now treated correctly.
Also adds a test case, derived from a crash in sha.c
The new parameter of type `LostDebugLocObserver` also solves the problem that lowering as library call requires a parameter of this type.
The issue is that 0 is a legal frame index, and expecting it to be non-zero in case a frame pointer is needed causes the crash.
Also adds a test case for it.
The Localizer pass moves constants nearer to the place where they are used.
This should help to make the prologue/epilogue being closer to gcc-generated code.
The complex patterns ADDRrs1 etc. encode the size of the memory operand. This duplicates the information in the memory operand, and can be removed Also adds a check for unaligned access.
The interpretation of the return value of `assignCustomValue()´ has changed. It now returns the number of generated assignments.
This fixes a crash caused by `store ptr null, ptr %p, align 4`. Since pointer types cannot be selected, change the type to s32.

Also removes redundant code.
GUITOFP can be lowered to G_SITOFP. However, this requires
creating a new basic block, which the legalizer does not
support. The solution is to declare G_UITOFP as legal, and
lower the instruction before the instruction select.

Only i32 -> float/double is implemented. A i64 input requires a
different lowering.
