reflex-platform on nixos via windows subsystem for linux

Thanks for a slice of your time this morning before Yow. Anyway currently working on bringing up nixos on WSL over at microsoft/WSL#3207 and NixOS/nixpkgs#30391. I think this will be the most accessible route to making reflex-* available to that demographic. Nothing needed on your end at this stage - keep an eye on the linked issues and then you'll know when it's time.

I try obelisk in WSL with ubuntu and it works perfectly. If nixos coming to wsl, then building reflex project in windows will be more easier.
