There were a bunch of packages that were offering the wrong suggestions in UPM. Now that's fixed.

There were a bunch of packages that were offering the wrong suggestions
in UPM.
Now that's fixed. Visited a few "top X libraries in 2021" pages and fixed all the broken packages for now.
