Bumping version since there is more work around rethinkdb/rethinkdb#43.
Upstream is no longer generating a monolithic build in their checkins. Hence I have deleted the full checkout and followed https://wiki.duktape.org/Configuring2x.html to get these sources. This has the added benefit of allowing us to configure features enabled. I have enable c++ exceptions in this version. All other options are defaulted.
