Allows automatic download of specified java toolchain jvm version
Designed to not work yet, just testing if it outputs correct stuff as act is broken for me
Will be handled in different repo, see https://github.com/packetevents/packetevents.github.io

Works on my fork (see https://booky10.github.io/packetevents/) but I'm not sure how this should get deployed, so this is a draft PR for nowSee also packetevents/packetevents.github.io#1
