Cannot scroll down PM result page on window

It looks like the user decreased the height of the window, because I see the scrolls in the left menu, I mean the user doesn't use the full screen height for the browser page:

I repeated the user test case and decreased the height of the screen and found this jumping problem

Fixed, can check in 30 mins
