NDVI-modules

This is a data processing tool, for data from mantises (see repository mantis-docs) and Greenloggers (see AVRGreenlogger).

Instructions for use are in the repository mantis-docs.

The code is in Python, heavily using the GUI package wxPython.

The database system is SQLite.
