Explore other repositories and ideas, and consider changing the XML report format, maybe HTML?

feat(report): #4 change the output format to CSV

- Update the README.md file to reflect the changes in the output of the
  analysis, now the output is a CSV file instead of a XML file.
- Add a new print statement to the `main` function to show the directory
  being analyzed.
- Add a new print statement to the `file_cognitive_complexity` function
  to show when the analysis of a file is finished.
