The purpose of this repository is show the status of the Tizen backend of Xamarin.Forms.
Tizen is a Linux-based open source platform for multiple device categories and running on 100 million Samsung devices, including TVs, wearables, mobile phones, and many other IoT devices around the world.
Tizen has evolved adapting to the market requirements and technical advances. As smart devices are widespread in the market, Tizen is deployed to mobile phones, wearable devices, TVs, and home appliances. In the near future, lots of IoT (Internet of Things) services will pervade everyone's life. Tizen is moving forward as a convergence platform.
With Tizen .NET which is supported from Tizen 4.0, you can use the C# programming language and the Common Language Infrastructure standards, and benefit from a managed runtime for faster application development and code execution that is efficient and secure.
