Missing %g option in dcm2niix help text #496

Describe the bug
It is now possible to have the accession number as part of the file name with the %g option. However it is not shown in the help text even it is also the default option with recent releases.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run the command 'dcm2niix'
  2. Current help text is:
-f : filename (%a=antenna (coil) name, %b=basename, %c=comments, %d=description, %e=echo number, %f=folder name, %i=ID of patient, %j=seriesInstanceUID, %k=studyInstanceUID, %m=manufacturer, %n=name of patient, %o=mediaObjectInstanceUID, %p=protocol, %r=instance number, %s=series number, %t=time, %u=acquisition number, %v=vendor, %x=study ID; %z=sequence name; default '%i_%g_%s')

Expected behavior
Just list %g as another valid option.
