Hello,

Please can you update README.md
and docker hub

BEFORE
ROUNDCUBEMAIL_SKIN - Configures the default theme. Defaults to larry

AFTER
ROUNDCUBEMAIL_SKIN - Configures the default theme. Defaults to elastic

Because if you follow the current documentation and set ROUNDCUBEMAIL_SKIN=larry
you will get a 404:

FILE NOT FOUND
The requested resource was not found!
Please contact your server-administrator.
