When a plugin name contains dashes, it is implemented in a Python file having underscore characters in its name instead of dashes. Until now the plugin name could not be used directly when using the
--enablepluginor--disablepluginparameters.Fixes https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1980712.
