Add FQDN support and other fixes #117

This PR:

Adds support for naming the site as FQDN. Creation of website with any Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). #113
Fix frappe dev server not killed after using supervisorctl stop.
Fix docker images pull on first install.
Reduce size of pyenv in frappe container.
Add prompt and fix permission while deleting the site.
