This uses <details><summary>heading</summary><ul>nested</ul></detail>, similar to how the classes and pages lists are now nested.

The table of contents here should nest its headings too: https://nevans.github.io/net-imap/table_of_contents.html#classes. I rarely see that page, so I didn't think to update it (until just now).

This uses `<details><summary>heading</summary><ul>nested</ul></detail>`,
similar to how the classes and pages lists are now nested.
