We merged:

#121, because those external links must have the http/s protocol there in order to be proper external links. We aren't tackling the issue of whether to add http:// if the event organiser forgets today, because we can edit craft conf by hand.
#122, adding the MIT License - everyone's happy with that.
#128, Don't show the past events page unless there are any past events
#132, Fix the bugs!
