Description
Updated the 0xProto to v1.602. Compared to version 1.300 that is in Nerd Fonts, this one has characters which add support for more than 100 additional languages (see their release notes or this image for an example). There have been other improvements such as adding "Texture Healing".

Updates the 0xProto to v1.602.
How should this be manually tested?
I tested using
fontforge --script ./font-patcher src/unpatched-fonts/0xProto/0xProto-Regular.ttf --complete --debug 2which patched the font successfully.
