モデレータか管理者ならホームタイムライン以外ではブロックされてても投稿を表示するようにすることで解決 in f03ac44 でもブロックの意思表示は伝えたいから、ブロック関係の場合にフォローボタンを消し飛ばすことにしたのだわ in 8dfe33f |

現状モデレータがあるユーザーにブロックされているとそのユーザーの投稿を表示することができず、プロフィールタイムライン・ローカルタイムライン・グローバルタイムラインで何か不適切な投稿をされても気づくことができなくなる。
misskey-dev#7734 にて議論されていた話題でもありますが、
めいすきー、めいv11、Groundpolisでは投稿を非表示にする機能がないことから私たちの組織内で仕様を統一してしまっていいと思います。
そのためプロフィールタイムライン・ローカルタイムライン・グローバルタイムラインでのみブロックされているユーザーの投稿を表示します。
