Email Notifications

##Email Notifications## You can subscribe to assessments to receive email notifications whenever a payload fires in that assessment.

Users who want to recieve notifications can simply edit the user model and provide which assessments and an email address to receive the notifications:

Notifications will be sent for captures and generic collectors. If the assessment has access log enabled, emails will also be sent for those requests.
