ink!v5 release is imminent and this PR upgrades the necessary dependencies of the template so it starts with a v5 greeter contract and will support working with contracts built with ink! v5 so the template uses ink v5 by default and works with contracts built with ink v5.Mainly the upgrade to 10.12.1 of polkadotjs packages does the trick.
Currently the building of the contracts is broken as the used package
typechain-polkadotdoes not support ink v5 just yet. I've opened a PR for this.Brushfam/typechain-polkadot#140
