✨ QoL update ✨

  • Consolidates the three separate CI tasks into a single workflow. Now also includes linting with Stylua.
  • Adds a new workflow called "Housekeeping" to keep issues and PRs in check.
  • Adds two new issue templates for bugs and questions.
  • Small update to the README/doc to capture plugins that are now supported.
