Ice v1.0.0

• A host of new config.txt and consoles.txt options (described in comments at the top of the file).
• A new build process which should hopefully look less like a virus to well-meaning antivirus software
• An actual history so that Ice no longer has to guess whether it was the one that added a shortcut or not. This also means that Ice will no longer duplicate all of your shortcuts if you ever move your ROMs directory
• A new debug command (Ice.exe pdebug) that will post your logs and config files to pastebin, to include with bug reports.
• Come to think of it, a ton of different command line options. Not all of them useful, persay, but --skip-steam-check will allow you to run Ice even while Steam is running (though thats generally not a good idea). You can see a list of commands with Ice.exe --help.
• A name parser, which will try to extract game names from filenames like Mega Man [!].
• A backup system, so you can recover if Ice screws up.

• More bugs to replace them
