SCRNA Visualization Component Library

This library is meant to create accessible react components to be used for common scRNA data visualization techniques. Here are the following components available:

• scRNA umap/t-sne visualization
  • gene expressiveness colorization

Usage

UMAP/t-SNE dot plot

For the UMAP/t-SNE visualization, see the types file it expects as a data component. It also takes an optional width/height parameter.
