中国开发者关系报告最初是由 SegmentFault 团队发起的一项年度研究。
我们通过问卷调研、案例分析、专家访谈的方式，尝试给出对开发者关系的定义，分析开发者关系工作中不同角色的能力模型，并呈现在过去一年里中国开发者关系从业者的现状（包括日常工作内容、面临的挑战以及对未来的看法）。同时，我们选编了部分具有代表性的在开发者关系领域的领先实践，试图从实操层面给大家一些借鉴和参考。
在这个过程中，非常多来自一线的 DevRel 实践者贡献了他们的智慧，无论是提供观点、建议还是接受访谈、提供案例。是大家的共同付出，让这份报告的内容更加丰富，观点更加多元。也是因此，让我们更加坚定，要把这个项目开源出来，并通过开放式协作邀请更多朋友参与到内容共创。

The China Developer Relations Report is an annual research project initiated by the SegmentFault team.
Through surveys, case analyses, and expert interviews, we strive to define developer relations, analyze the competency models for various roles within this field, and present the current status of Chinese DevRel practitioners over the past year, including their daily work, challenges faced, and future perspectives. Additionally, we have compiled a selection of leading practices, covering aspects such as community building, globalization, OSPO development, and developer operations, thereby providing practical insights and references.
During the process of compiling this report, numerous front-line DevRel practitioners contributed their insights, whether by offering opinions, suggestions, participating in interviews, or providing case studies. It is this collective effort that has enriched the content of the report and diversified its perspectives. Consequently, this has strengthened our resolve to open source this project and invite more friends to participate in content co-creation through open collaboration.
Contributions are always welcome! Whether you have questions, hold different opinions, wish to add new chapters or content, contribute your case studies, or even just offer moral support and encouragement, we appreciate your involvement.
