We need to add dependabot gh action to update dependencies & gh actions to the latest version automatically.

If there are any updates needed dependabot will automatically create a PR & you need to review it & merge it.

I want to work on this issue.

- Added dependabot gh action. It will update all gh actions & npm dependencies if there are any updates needed
