Changes to v0.2:

  • updated input FAST5 directory structure by removing index directories
  • updated the config.yaml to require fast5_dir: "/path/to/fast5/files" to point to directory containing all FAST5 files for current runs
  • added a VERSION file to track the version of createivf workflow used
  • general code cleanup
