Depends on

There can be quite a long delay between dashboard and workbenches reporting ready, and the cluster coming up. Also, as we know, the components can sometimes regress back to Unknown

If I don't do this extended wait, then I can't make

work within a short timeout, because the operator will not uninstall if it is not done reconciling.
