This is a web app that plots data read from a serial port. It's similar to the Arduino serial monitor and plotter, but with some UI improvements.
In particular, it will record up to 10,000 rows of data and you can zoom in and out while recording. When you're done, you can scroll the graph to select which data you want to keep and save it as a CSV file for further analysis.
As of May 2022, it only works in Chromium based browsers, because others don't implement the Web Serial API yet.
The serial device should log data in CSV format, with the restriction that multi-line values aren't allowed. (CSV normally allows newlines within quotes.)

(However, it's a static website and you can just as easily run it locally using "npm run dev".)
