Website field not creating or updating

Describe the bug

When a new user is created, the website field shows blank even if a URL is entered, also an existing user website field shows blank when it is updated with a URL.

Reproduction steps

1. Login to user
2. Add a new user
3. Fill in required fields
4. Add website url

Expected behavior

The website URL is supposed to show in the website field when the user is created and the website added but it is not showing
