Update base Ubuntu AMI being used #147

This AMI should be updated from the current AMI as it very much out of date now.

ubuntu/images/hvm/ubuntu-precise-12.04-amd64-server-20160315 - ami-05dddc6f

We should be using 14.04 and the latest available:

ubuntu/images/hvm/ubuntu-trusty-14.04-amd64-server-20180122 - ami-8fc9fff5
