Currently go get approach fetches latest version of Caddy source. Caddy releases after sp mini 0.4.0 contains golang features introduced after 1.8, our golang version, which breaks build process. Sp mini should avoid this approach and fetch a specific version.

I'll use 0.10.10 since sp mini 0.4.0 use this version.
