Current packer version, 0.12.3 , has a bug related to amazon builder, see discussion here. It is fixed in later releases.

I encountered this bug during publishing 0.5.0-rc2. It is strange that 0.5.0-rc1 is published successfully.

Since release process depends on Packer, we need to include this bump in 0.5.0 release.
