Transformer Kinesis: include hadoop-aws runtime dependency

Previously, we included this dependency to transformer-kinesis.

In version 5.0.0, we've created commonTransformerStream module to share common parts between transformer-kinesis and transformer-pubsub. During this refactoring, hadoop-aws dependency is included to commonTransformerStream. However, we've forgot to add runtime dependencies of commonTransformerStream to transformer-kinesis. Therefore, hadoop-aws dependency is missing in the transformer-kinesis at the moment.

In order to fix this, runtime->runtime should be added to this line.
