[WIP] Lending: cross-collateral+ support

This PR will update support for all instructions in SPL token-lending, including

• lending: cross collateral / cross liquidity support solana-program-library#1441
• lending: Add SetLendingMarketOwner instruction solana-program-library#1434
• lending: add DepositObligationCollateral and WithdrawObligationCollateral instructions solana-program-library#1229

It incorporates and supersedes solana-labs/oyster-lending#65

Todo

• Add support to "top-up"/withdraw collateral for a given loan oyster-lending#5
• Allow multiple obligations with different collaterals oyster-lending#7
• Pass existing obligation to BorrowInput from obligationItem oyster-lending#8
• TBD

@leonardgee Yep, I'm still working on this (last update looks older than it is because of the force push). This is to incorporate cross collateral/borrow and deposits/withdraws of collateral into Oyster Lending.
