Initial fetch of environment

After configuring solenopsis, you need to pull down the environment to disk to start editing/deploying.

Make sure you've created the solenopsis.env.local.HOME and then run solenopsis pull-full-to-master

NOTE: There are a few caveats to using pull-full-to-master
