add physical types of units and update equivalencies for coords_info

Description

This pull request is to address a bug in Cubeviz image viewers coords_info.py when the native units are in flux units (spectral density). Additional physical types for custom_units.py are needed to update the flux unit/value in mouseover. Also, equivalencies are now conditionally updated depending on if the cube is in flux or surface brightness (sr).
