Remove todo

I've done a few things on this branch:

• Removed the Todo model per issue Remove Todo model #8
• Removed the todos controller
• Removed the todos routes
• Add recipes route to server.js (replacing todo route)
• Create the route for getting all user recipes per issue Create GET all user recipes route #13
• Create the controller for getting all user recipes per issue Create GET recipes controller #18
