In the latest update to werkzeug they deleted parse_rule. This breaks autoflask.
So for anyone running into issues with their doc generation with flask they should pin their dependencies to an earlier version.

See python-restx/flask-restx#463 for an example of another project resolving this problem (by copying parse_rule).
