Our open-source initiative allows our community members to get real, hands-on experience by helping to code, design, write, and project manages our website and internal tools. This provides every member of any skill level with the opportunity to cultivate marketable skills to land their next job.

Every sponsor helps us continue our work to build an open-source community that supports diversity. At Tech By Choice, we understand that underserved individuals in the industry, on average, are underpaid and overworked.
