Description

Use integer parameters for random.randrange(). This PR changes all occurences of random.randrange() in a consistent way.

Motivation and Context

Using float parameters generates a DeprecationWarning with Python-3.10:

DeprecationWarning: non-integer arguments to randrange() have been deprecated since Python 3.10 and will be removed in a subsequent version

Have you tested this? If so, how?
