Need to pluginify this ugly-but-working code
Use regular tooltips which doesn't flicker
This reverts commit 84d11a9.
This avoids having to 'complect' with zettel plain text, making it a trojan horse for plugin-specific stuff. Later, the whole plugin stuff, including renderer, should be put in library for Impulse to use in future.
