The package-repos file is currently just continually growing. It's becoming harder and harder to use.
This change moves all the deprecated repos (where
sync: false
) into their own file.This is a compromise between keeping the repo definitions (disabled) in
package-repos
and outright deleting them, so we can easily re-enable or reference them in the future
